Carol Singing

On Tuesday last, the children from Fifth and Sixth Class paid  
a visit to Tullamore Hospital, Riada House and the Day
Care Centre. They sang and played Christmas Carols.

Making Butter

Put 200ml of Fresh Cream into a container
Add in a marble
Shake it for three minutes
Check your progress and shake again if necessary
The cream should have changed into butter
Drain off the liquid-buttermilk and remove the marble
Spread butter on the crackers
